Unitrend initiates relocation process.
With financing nearing completion, the company has decided to relocate closer to our suppliers and technical sources. This move will help streamline our operations as we proceed forward. The move places the company in a geographical center that will provide tremendous growth opportunities while creating a desirable environment to attract the new management team. We expect these actions be completed in the near future, resulting in a overall reduction of operational costs.

New PowerPost(TM) version
New PowerPost version increases load capacity by 60% while maintaining smooth power delivery across the system. Advance design features allow "Mix-mode" power integration of new drive and video components with stricter specs while supporting older legacy components in the same system. PowerPost also sports the logic circuitry found in our Stable Power Supply line providing unequalled diagnostics capabilities. The new PowerPost will be included as a standard feature in all new VersaCase Chassis.

Search for new management team begins.
With development of the Breeze all but completed, Unitrend has moved its focus to securing a new management team. The Board of Directors announced on 11/14/06 that the company would begin to expand and broaden the management team. The directive requires that candidates for the new positions have (at minimum) ten years of senior management experience in the operations of a publicly traded company, a proven track record of success and the demonstrated ability to grow the business. The implementation of this directive was delayed until now in order to get a firm grasp on future financing for the project. We are in the final stages of putting that funding into place and will announce its completion.
The newly refined website is now complete and has been optimized for commerce.
